Sale items and Yves Delorme items are non-returnable and ineligible for refunds or exchanges.
FREE RETURNS ON FULL-PRICED ITEMS
You have 14 days to return any full-priced item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All sales are final after 14 days. Excludes all Yves Delorme items and Sale items.
You will be sent a pre-paid label to return any unwanted items. To start the return process, please email or call.
If you live in the Dayton area, a scheduled pickup can be arranged to return any unwanted items.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: All Sale items and Yves Delorme items are non-returnable and ineligible for refunds or exchanges.

When your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
